This film is about the life of Mary Virginia Harris and all her accomplishments. Among them being: one of the original 8 volunteer guides for the Penn University Museum, being Lt. Commander of the US Navy, being Dean of Pine Manor Jr College, being Registrar of the Hasanlu Excavation in Iran, an honorary member of the women's committee of the U.Penn Museum, a Loren Eiseley fellow, a board of trustees member for Swarthmore Library, a member and archivist of the Cosmopolitan Club of Philadelphia, and a lecturer for the Horticultural society. This slide show shows a variety of different accomplishments of Mary Virginia Harris and gives tribute to her time and effort at the Museum.
